In my early years as an "IDEAL" Leader, I had many questions.

  • What metrics do I need to measure success?

  • Can I really do this?

It turned out that yes, I could do it, but I had to learn a lot of things the hard way. I'm launching Strategizers so you won't have to.

 

I've designed this group cohort experience to be everything I wish I'd had starting out. You'll be joining a community designed to give you the practical tools and support you need, right from the start. This isn't just a course; it's a shortcut to success for IDEAL leaders.

What makes Strategizers different from other
IDEAL courses?

Unlike traditional "sit and listen" courses, Strategizers offers a hands-on experience, guiding you through the process of developing a robust IDEAL strategy. You'll design practical deliverables, including an IDEAL Scorecard (Excel) and IDEAL Storyboard (PowerPoint) with priority actions and change management resources.

Is this program suitable for those who are new to the field of DEI?

Absolutely. While some familiarity with IDEAL initiatives is beneficial, this program is designed to cater to a range of expertise levels. It provides the necessary guidance and resources for both newcomers and experienced DEI leaders.

How does the structure help participants stay on-track and engaged?

Each cohort is limited to 12 participants to maximize connection and focus. Strategizers receive regular communications and instructions. They engage in a structured cadence with task assignments, progress reporting, follow-up guidance,  and a monthly 90-minute interactive session online.

Will the content be relevant and applicable to my organization?

The program content is designed with adaptability in mind, making it applicable across various industries and organizational sizes. The strategies and tools are intentionally flexible, ensuring effectiveness in a wide range of settings. As participants customize their plans, they are encouraged to maintain a strong connection with their direct leaders, facilitating support and alignment with organizational goals.

What if I fall behind or need additional support?

If you miss a session or find yourself falling behind, don't worry. All program materials and resources will be accessible to you to review, even after the program concludes, allowing you to catch up at your convenience. Participants also have the option to add an "office hours" package for ongoing guidance the month following the program.
